ABOUT US
We are Facing the Fist, a student-lead organization created to spread awareness about all forms of violence and how you can play a part in helping the cause. Our goal is to educate the public on how violent behaviors are acquired, to identify victims of violent acts and provide resources for them, and lastly, define three main types of violence: school violence, authoritative violence, and corporate violence. We hope to create a safe place for our audience to learn and apply this information to real world situations. Help us Face the Fist against violence by staying updated with our cause.

I graduated from East Hall High School in 2017. My major in college is criminal justice, so the topic of violence is a big interest of mine! I chose Authority Violence because it's currently one our biggest outbreaks of violence as a society. I feel as though we should all come together as a whole to understand and realize that it's time for a change, it's time to STOP authority violence!

After graduating Commerce High School in 2017, I began attending the University of North Georgia as a Psychology major, in hopes of becoming a couple's therapist. Studying the roots of violence has been an intriguing topic for me, not only as a Psychology student, but as a member of the #MeToo movement. My focus is on toxic masculinity as the only daughter of three, witnessing the differences between how my brothers were raised versus me. My goal is to get others to question everything and pinpoint the onset of violent behaviors.
